About the Role

What you'll do

  • Provide first-line technical support via phone, email, and ticketing system
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
  • Document all interactions and solutions in the service desk system
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate technical teams
  • Maintain knowledge base articles and troubleshooting guides

What we're looking for

  • 1-2 years of experience in IT support or help desk
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Good understanding of Windows and Office 365
  • Excellent communication skills in Romanian and English
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
